I understand that you want to beat with Crystal Beast, but you don't need to support the almost vanilla Crystal Beast with another card to maintain it.

It is not a card with a high priority in builds that specialize in bringing out Ultimate Jewel God, and the nature of the effect is such that it is avoided enough to optimize the build, but personally, it is a direction to strengthen. It's my favorite type of card.
For monsters like mammoths and turtles that are treated as having no effect, it's a good idea to have a different enhancement value for each Crystal Beast that refers to the defense power instead of just a constant enhancement. I feel like that.

Continuous Trap that greatly enhances the status of "Crystal Beast"
The increase in RBI is considerable, and Pegasus and Tiger can destroy even monsters with 3000 or 4000 RBI in battle.
Also, if the 3rd effect is activated during the opponent's turn, the damage can be halved while deploying wall monsters, greatly reducing the chances of losing during that turn.
However, all of these effects are effects that can only be demonstrated by setting up a battle line with "Crystal Beast" itself, and are not very useful in a construction that fights with Ultimate Crystal Beast or Link Monster.
It's not weak, but I don't think it's the type of card that a normal Crystal Beast would use.
