It's a powerful card, but it has a lot of downsides.
Searching and retrieving is very powerful, but this guy really wants to put a card back in his deck.
Not only that, but this card is level 6, so it doesn't support Mobaphone...
Why would you mess with the levels...
It's a shame because it had a high potential to be a powerful card.
