It has the effect of turning the opponent's monsters into back defense with GY monsters as a cost, and if there is a sanctuary, it can be used in a free chain. Proliferate G and Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring can also be used as costs, so Fairy wants to keep it for her Hyperion etc.
