A monster equivalent to Mystical Space Typhoon, but its Spell Trap removal is strong but its priority is lower than the other two Ursarctic tuners.

A very rare card that can be approached face down first. It is very strong against Friche because it can be exposed while deploying itself. RBI isn't bad either.
You can't overlook the feature that is strong against imperial orders because it destroys with monster effects. In Ursarctic, where I definitely want to pass departures and draws, I was unexpectedly helped. That's been banned, though.

I need another of his Ursarctic to destroy the Spell Trap...it's way too slow to remove his Spell Trap on my turn, and it's useless to remove his Spell Trap for Suppressive Disturbance.
Even if it is for obstructing the opponent's turn, it does not negate the effect, which lowers the evaluation.

It's a card you want to keep in your hand, but at the same time it also has a job to call Polari and level 7 Ursarctic Synchro as his Ursarctic Tuner. Even if you use it on your own turn, the back will be peeled off, so the excellence will not change.
Destruction can be piled up by searching with Miku Polar and using it with Mikutanus. Ursarctic Tuner is also an easy-to-search hand trigger, so if you play it the wrong way, all three will do a good job.
However, the effect of Tuner Bell Acty requires Bell Acty on the field. He wants to keep Ursarctic monsters running because he's weak when empty.

It's a superlative monster, but I don't think it's a problem because he can Special Summon due to the effect of (1).
The effect of (2) depends on the conditions, but by combining it with the effect of (1), I think it is an excellent effect that can destroy the opponent's Spell/Trap even during the opponent's main phase.
