This monster's tuner can be treated as an S summon from the EX Deck by its own effect, and this monster has a monster that can be treated as a non-tuner to perform an S summon using this monster as a material during the opponent's turn. Harifibers were the best companions for this monster, bringing them up to level 3 tuners (such as Hydride and Drogonbaby).
It was a monster with 1 handicap + S summoned monsters interfering with the opponent's turn, but in 2022, Harifiber became a banned card.

What makes this card so powerful is how well it works with Harifiber's Special Summon effect. By Special Summoning this card during your opponent's turn, you can call this card on top of imposing handicap on your opponent. In addition, it has a Synchro effect that immediately triggers the opponent's main, so you can immediately switch to Synchronization right after the handicap.
