A Synchro Tuner that has the effect of discarding the turn player's hand when Synchro Summoning is successful, and the ability to Synchro Summon during the opponent's Main Phase.
Even if you use it on your turn, your hand will be gone and there is no effect. Konoryuu is a level 6 Synchro Tuner that is easy to use, so if he doesn't have a particular Insect, there is very little benefit to using him on your turn.
What makes this card so powerful is how well it works with Harifiber's Special Summon effect. By Special Summoning this card during your opponent's turn, you can call this card on top of imposing handicap on your opponent. In addition, it has a Synchro effect that immediately triggers the opponent's main, so you can immediately switch to Synchronization right after the handicap.
It seems to be a card based on the premise of Harifiber, so if Harifiber is banned, the evaluation may plummet, but it is a card that can be an option from Harifiber.
