A rare and gambling frame card.
For a low-level Effect Monster, it has a relatively high RBI and plenty of support with 200 DEF, so it seems to be able to play an active role as an attacker in gambling decks, but it's still rare.
It automatically transfers control every turn, and at that time, the controller rolls the dice, reduces the counter by that number, and when it's gone, it shoots a fairly large Burn of 2000.
Roughly speaking, it's a card with a strong party element, like a mix of Babel Tower and Putrid Pudding Body Buddies. It's not impossible to devise ways to handle it roughly and avoid burns.
Having said that, if you move a monster with a decent number of RBIs to your opponent and set the counter to 0 on the next turn, you'll get Burn, so if you're not a genuine gambler, it's probably hard to use.
