With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that the "Ursarctic" Deck allows you to search for your favorite "Ursarctic" monsters in the main Deck.
It's late in the end phase, but I don't think it's a problem because the "Ursarctic" monster in the main deck can use his Special Summon during the opponent's turn.
I think the "Ursarctic" Deck can easily satisfy the self-regeneration condition of (2).

I don't know much about the manga version, but maybe this is Asuka's card? If so, I'd like to put it in Asuka's character deck and connect it to Aoi and Bripuri's girlfriend Tribute Summon. Since the search timing is a bit late, it might be effective to use it after the opponent's main phase 2 or later.
