Since it can be used for both fusion and ritual, the range of construction expands like the universe. Strength aside, it's a great card at this point.
The Quick-Play Spell is also strong.
You can fuse monsters that have finished attacking with materials to extend the damage, escape along with your opponent's removal, or use Guardian Chimera on your opponent's turn to wreak havoc.
By the way, with Illusion of Chaos + Souls or Rod, it is 8000 damage of Bramagi 2500 + Master of Chaos 3000 + Bramaji (reanimation) 2500.
