You can use cards from your hand or the field as a cost, so it's nice to be able to use 《ZS - Utopic Sage》as a cost. If I had to say, this card itself can only share the search with 《Reinforcement of the Army》, so if I draw it, I think it will be a strong upside card. If you want to use it as a main axis, there are also 《Piri Reis Map》and 《Summoner Monk》.
