The only problem is that it only triggers when it is destroyed, and it cannot respond to "send to GY", "exclude", "return to hand", and "return to deck" as well as "battle destruction".
In the current environment where there are many players with resistance to destruction, I think that there are few opportunities to make use of this card's effect when I think about whether they will actively use "destruction" as a removal method.

It would be nice to just be able to get release materials without consuming summons, and if you can do a Special Summon at the same time as 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》, you can connect it to 《Rikka Queen Strenna》.
