Well, one of the reasons is that there is no space to put this in his mainstream DARK Deck. The effect can be summed up in one word: "evil". You can't do a Special Summon unless you have 3 DARKs in your GY, but the way it pops out 2800 RBI from your hand and destroys all the cards on the opponent's field can only be described as brutal. When it rots because of the essential summoning conditions, it really rots, but for the DARK Deck, adjusting the number of cards in his GY is a trifle. Therefore, it is too easy to aim and summon.
