Weakness

《No.3 Hell Cicada King Locust King》is useless against monster effects that are activated outside the field or monsters that cannot be targeted by effects.
《Totem Bird》can only use his WIND monsters as X materials, and its stats are poor.
On the turn that WW-Ice Bell's (1) effect is activated, he who is Level 5 or higher can only Special Summon WIND monsters from the EX Deck, so X monsters cannot be used from the EX Deck. Therefore, he cannot Special Summon Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon and Totem Bird in the same turn.
