The concept of this deck is to use 《Evil★Twins Ki-sikil & Lil-la》firmly! I'm running out of one word. Originally, I wanted to make the category "Evil Twin", but I wonder why it wasn't categorized...
I was looking for various builds on the net, but I couldn't find a build with 《Evil★Twins Ki-sikil & Lil-la》as the main axis, so I decided to make it myself.
[Overview of Deck]
I think the biggest problem with using 《Evil★Twins Ki-sikil & Lil-la》is that it's one step lacking after the removal effect. To be frank, it would be better to just connect it to the Link Monster instead of putting it out. Therefore, we adopted Scrap as a partner to supplement the parts that can't be handled by 《Evil★Twins Ki-sikil & Lil-la》, as well as the supply of Link Monsters, which is a cost.
[Simple way to rotate the Deck]
As an image of this Deck, two Decks, "Scrap" and "Evil★Twin", live together in one Deck. The first move is to set up Evil Twin's Link Monster, or set up Kyrios from Scrap expansion. Candidates to be dropped by Curios are arranged in order of priority

You can completely remove the board with the effect of Kisukirurira and Scrap Twin. Moreover, his GY feed and bounce that the other party chooses. Depending on the Sukutsui's bullets, it will shoot Kiskill Lyra, but it still does a lot of damage to the face.
I feel that the prerequisites are a little strict, but this is the so-called "most beautiful movement", so this is not always required. Or rather, even if you don't do this, you can easily gather the materials for Kiskilllyra, and it's easy to remove. It has more firepower and stability than the Deck looks like.
By the way, if the griffon is standing, it is good to keep in mind that the searcher's self-destruct effect will not be activated if you devise a place to put it out.

I want to draw this card the most because it is the first hand, so 3 throws.

《Scrap Golem》
Heart of Scrap. There is no name turn 1 because of the good old card.
3 throws because the number of cards remaining in the Deck is directly connected to the war potential.
《Scrap Chimera》
One of the weaknesses of this deck is that it loses its deployment power when Jetron runs out, so I chose it as a card that can turn into a Wyvern with just one card.
Destroying his Scrap Tuner with a Wyvern will allow you to salvage as many times as you like, which is extremely useful in the late game. 2 throws because it doesn't work on the first move.
By the way, if you put Mascarena, Rank 4 Xyz, etc. in the Extra Deck, you'll have more work to do.
《Scrap Beast》
You can become a Scrap twin with this and a golem.
Since it is basically reused, it is a pin. For the time being, the means to drop it from the Deck is properly prepared, but if you feel that it is not enough or you are concerned about the possibility of being removed, you may increase it to 2 copies.
《Scrap Recycler》
Strictly speaking, he's Scrap, not Scrap. In a way Scrap's oldest...?
You can become a wyvern with one card. In the second half, he can save Jet Ron in GY. strong.
I want to draw as quickly as possible, so I throw 3.
《Scrap Goblin》
Scrap that can be brought in Halifiber, that's all.

《Scrap Searcher》
The one who writes plain crazy things.
This one doesn't have the name Turn 1 as usual. Two bodies fly at the same time. Moreover, even if you leave the field, you will not be excluded. So ma?
If you destroy Scrap, revive 2, and change both of them for Linkuriboh, you can also get Kiskililla.
I will destroy everything except Scrap, but since there are no restrictions on deployment, I don't mind this restriction more than I thought.

Drop Jetron to get the first move, or drop Beast or Searcher to prepare for a combo. It's not a strong movement, but it can do various dexterous things.

My personal favorite card.
It has a job as a card that can drop Scrap into his GY, but it can also be used as a pseudo search by Sacrifice Escape, dropping Chimera or Recycler and destroying the Tuner.

It's not a card I'm happy to draw in my first hand, so I throw two.
《Pot of Avarice》
For deck resource recovery. Deck resources are very important, so I had a total of 6 deck resource recovery cards in the beginning, but I was able to kill them more quickly than I thought, so I reduced it to 3 cards.
The greedy pot itself doesn't make me happy on my first pick, but this Deck GY builds up so insanely fast that it almost never rots.
The ad when used normally is strong in various aspects, so I fully invested.

For redeployment from GY. If you use it as a link material, it will remain in the field, so it is quite convenient because you can dodge Wyvern's bullets and he can be used as Scrap Twin's bullets. It doesn't rot, so put it in full.
《Torrential Tribute》
It is judged that compatibility is good because it does not bother to develop from a vacant lot.
Use your favorite obstruction card for this frame.

It's enough to become a wyvern once, so pin it.

He's the ace of the shadows, but he has quite a few turns.

Weakness

Slow starter by all means.
I think it's allowed in casual matches, but if you bring it into a tournament or something like that, how much of an end is allowed with Kyrios on the first hand...
The current environment is relatively slow, so I'd like to think that if I accumulate interference, I'll be able to do something about it.
After that, he has limited resources (number of extras and number of golems in his deck) when looking at the entire deck, so he is inevitably weak in long-term battles. If you can't cheat with greedy pot, you can also consider using Iai Draw and 《The Transmigration Prophecy》.
Finally, the difficulty of returning after being knocked down due to hand triggers, etc.
There aren't many deployment methods that don't use summon right, so if you get knocked down by hand triggers, you'll inevitably lose tempo.

Customize

First of all, let's talk about the reason why 《Scrap Factory》was rejected.
Simply put, it felt like too much power. I usually touch pure Scrap and Train Scrap, and I felt that the depletion of his Scrap on his Deck was greater than the return due to deployment. On top of being able to do the same thing with Wyvern, his deck this time was rejected because he didn't have enough deck resources and slots.
However, if you are aiming for a one-kill after clearing the board using this gimmick, I think you can include it.
12/17 postscript: Since it turned out to be reasonably useful as a so-called upside card, it may be possible to stab 1.2 pieces because it is useful for pulling the necessary parts from the deck.
There is also the possibility that the opponent's removal will come towards us.

Regarding ①, there are too many theories about torrent burials and libidos, and even I myself am at a loss, so please insert a Trap card that you believe in. As for the number, I think you can increase it by referring to the replacement proposal above. I think this is the place to adjust according to the level of your opponent.
As for (2), Scrap's movement was excellent, so the idea is to remove Evil Twin monsters other than adult Kiskill Lyra.
The advantage is that you can strengthen his Scrap moves, such as Tri-Brigade and Melffy.
The drawback is that the RBI increase of the adult Kisukirurira disappears. 4400 RBI is normally strong.
I think Evil★Twin's movement is usually strong, so I have no plans to remove it at the moment, but if anyone sees his deck and wants to modify it, just for reference.
