By Special Summoning 《Machina Fortress》from the Deck and destroying yourself during the opponent's turn, you can Special Summon 《Machina Citadel》from his GY during the opponent's turn with the 《Machina Citadel》② effect.
《Machina Fortress》
You can Special Summon by using a Machine monster from your hand as a cost.

《Machina Air Raider》② effect is one of the candidates for Special Summon from the Deck, so I fully invested it.

About Extra Deck
As explained in Pot of Extravagance, this deck doesn't use extra decks much. Therefore, you can put extra decks as you see fit.
However, it is convenient to include Fusion Monsters that are fusion summoned with "Super Polymerization" and "Knightmare Phoenix".
The former allows you to insert 《Super Polymerization》from the side deck and remove the opponent's monsters, while the latter uses 《Machina Citadel》that came to your hand as a cost to remove Spell/Trap cards that cannot be dealt with with 《Machina Citadel》. There are things you can do.
