Before making his Vampire axis described in his deck customization column of the previous work, I took a detour and used the effect of "The Winged Dragon of Ra" to reduce the LP to 100 Deck that made use of the effect of "Hailon, the Timelord" I tried assembling.

Strength

《Ra's Disciple》is the main reason for God’s release. You can easily get all 3 releases just by Special Summoning 《Celestial Transformation》or 《Darklord Superbia》that can be shared with the Timelord.
He wanted to have more draw sources than the previous work, so he adopted Darklord's draw gimmick. Since 《Darklord Ixchel》is level 10, it’s easy to connect to X summons and it’s a good matchup.
《Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord》can refill his deck with Ra's Disciple, but he doesn't have much chance to use it. Is it good to treat it as a level 10 monster that can be easily put out?
As a move, it is certain to attract Hyron (or Time Maiden) and Wo with Dorso, and the combination of 《Ra's Disciple》and 《Celestial Transformation》to bring out Wo, or call in Exodius or Darklord, and Normal Summon Wo and Hyron. Let's bring it to the hot development of an impregnable LP with each other side by side.

Weakness

The weak points of the previous work are common, but the special point of this work is that the two trump cards compete for the summoning right. Well, please forgive me for being a spoiler.
