Playing

It is a deck aiming for one kill with 《Double-Edged Sword》and Rafion.
〈Flow until one kill〉
① Equip 《Double-Edged Sword》to his opponent's ATK 2000 or higher card.
② Put Rafion on the field.
③ Attack the card equipped with 《Double-Edged Sword》with Raffion, and deal burn damage to the opponent with the effect of 《Double-Edged Sword》.
④ Activate Rafion's effect at the end of the Battle Phase. Target your opponent's 《Double-Edged Sword》equipped card and deal burn damage to your opponent.
Since the total damage is over 8000 at this point, if the opponent is not recovering his LP, one kill will be established.

Strength

The point is that you can easily search for Rafion and 《Double-Edged Sword》, which are key cards. As for 《Time Maiden》, you can recruit it not only by searching, but also by his GY effect, so even if it doesn’t come to your hand, you can recruit it by sending it to his GY with 《Mathematician》and 《Foolish Burial》.
Thanks to the common effect, the Timelord isn't rotten and has pretty good defense, so you can aim for a delay when you don't draw good cards.
Since it is a category with strong push from the beginning, it can compete well even in normal driving.

You don't need extras other than Gustav Max, so 《Pot of Extravagance》can also be used.
