Like Cyber, it is recommended to attack second with the intention of stepping through Trap. Or rather, it is not suitable for competitions when Urara is not included. I don't know what to do with the hand trigger environment...

Strength

Previously, 《Cyber Dragon Core》could only be searched for Repair Plants or Fusion Support, but it has become a versatile card that can be actively used. Also, with the appearance of Hertz, he can now carry up to 6 copies of Sydra with ATK 500 or less, making combos with 《Machine Duplication》extremely stable.
《Cyber Emergency》can access the core immediately, so the following is the basic combo.

It is also a big point that the implementation of Hertz has made it possible to float 1 card in the hand cost of 《Galaxy Soldier》. Due to the genuine effect, [Cyber Dragon] has been said to have an advantage in attacking second. However, in this day and age, there is only [hand trigger] in the environment. The attacking monster is a bonus.
In addition to Shinsen Shinkei Shintsu, Yumemori Awakage, 《Evenly Matched》, 《Called by the Grave》, and 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》, 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》. Considering these existences, there is a high possibility that you can't do anything and lose immediately. If it's an attack reaction type Trap, it can be destroyed by the effect of Rampage, and even if Powerbon is stopped, Obaro and Silo can pursue it, so it's not hopeless. However, since it is his deck of the one-kill type in the first place, it is usual that there are no options when the must counter is returned.
You can also find decks that fill your hand the more you play, while Cyber reduces your hand the more you use it. Although Core and Hertz are active, there are some weaknesses in the endurance battle of the top game.
I think the most difficult thing is probably the mirror of the same model.
However, as it is written that it is strong against turning, the annihilation power of enemy monsters is quite high. Customize

If 《Cyber End Dragon》can fuse from the exclusion zone, it is excellent as a lead firepower. I think you can replace it with a genius. In that case, 《Cybernetic Revolution》might also be an ant. If the opponent's LP has been used, I think there is a scene where his ATK 6100 enhanced with Sieger can finish off with his Cyber end.
Machine support cards such as 《Magnet Reverse》and 《Magnet Force》are also excellent. Putting 《Chimeratech Fortress Dragon》on the side and summoning it with 《DNA Alteration Surgery》is also a tricky strategy.
Also, in this build, I only put in extra G, but if you want to win by attacking second, I think you need a hand trigger. There is room to increase the Kaiju series such as Jizkiel, Gameciel, and Hajime.
