A Quick-Play Spell that returns monsters in the field/exclusion zone to his deck and creates a Cyber fusion.
If I use this card, I want to fuse it with a monster in the Exclusion Zone that cannot interfere with Power Bonds or Overlords.
However, situations where there are multiple Sidera in the exclusion zone are often in the middle to final stages, and it tends to rot if pulled in the early stages. In addition to that, the disadvantage of being able to attack only with the fusions that you put out with this card is heavy, which makes it difficult to use in the early stages. In his Cyber style, which has a quick attack theme, the nature of being difficult to use in the early stages can be fatal, so I'm worried about adopting it.
A card whose evaluation is divided depending on how much value can be found in being able to use the exclusion zone and being a Quick-Play Spell.

It takes a lot of effort to accumulate exclusion zones, and in the first place, if you mess up the field with Obaro or flow, you can often win without this.
Cyber dragons don't count as home in exclusion zones either.
Searchable Quick-Play Spell fusions aren't bad, though.
It can be activated and attacked even after attacking with another one, and it can also be used as a rampage during the opponent's turn to interfere with the imitation of Endsyke.
By returning Sydra to his deck, you can also recover resources for replication techniques.
If there is a frame, I want to insert it with a pin.

The Cyber version of 《Parallel World Fusion》has a Special Summon limit, but this one has an attack limit, so I want to be able to settle the game with the monster I use with this card. but
In the first place, as a prerequisite for using this card, it is necessary to accumulate monsters in the exclusion, but if it is an effective means of doing so, it will be "Overlord Fusion", so the monsters that were released with "Overlord Fusion" in the first place Let's settle the matter with that. In that sense, I think it's really an insurance card.
Dedicated builds with lots of exclusions could make for interesting decks

I felt like I could see a future where it would be abused and restricted (hallucination).
It's a dream come true to somehow make monsters resistant to destruction and use them with chain materials and overload fusion. It seems that the front Cyber style and the back Cyber style are no longer different...

Was it like his Cyber surface version of Parallel World Fusion?
Against Normal Spell over there, this card works well with his Quick-Play Spell, and Kimeoba returns the material monsters to his Deck, and can be connected by activating Future Fusion.
If it's your opponent's turn, you can fusion summon with Eternity as a wall.

I think it's a welcome card for the "Cyber Dragon" Deck, which has restrictions on attacks, but also allows exclusion fusion.
Cybernetic Overflow》is a good matchup because it can destroy and send your monster out of the game with just one card.
Derived monsters of "Cyber Dragon" that have been excluded will no longer be treated as "Cyber Dragon", so I think it's better to pay attention to the fusion material to be fused.
I think the Quick-Play Spell is also a strength.

Cyber fusion that can utilize the exclusion zone, Cyber often banishes his GY cards to Obaro and Eltanin, so if you are conscious, there are many opportunities to activate and you can effectively utilize the exclusion.
Returning it to the Deck can also be aimed at deploying Cyber Dragon again with Machine Duplication.
It's a Cyber Spell, so it's easy to search from the core, which is also nice.
However, there is a slightly painful disadvantage that you can not attack anything other than the monsters that have been deployed with this. Considering this pledge, I would like to aim for Chimera Tech Over, which can easily compensate for the number of moves on my turn and aim for a tremendous RBI, but it can also be used as a defense due to the existence of Eternity.
If Obaro is a trump card in Cyber, this card will be a true trump card to use after activating them.

It seems that Obaro alone was not enough.
If it is an attack before activation, there is no restriction, so it should be activated last.
Powerbond, Overlord, Cyberlord.
The Cyber style is still unstoppable!!

A front fusion spell as opposed to a backside overload.
It has the effect of gathering materials from the field or exclusion zone and fusion summoning Fusion Monsters that use Cyber Dragon monsters as materials.
In Cyber/Dragon, it's not impossible to accumulate eliminations with Eltanine or Overflow, and at first glance it seems to be a good match. However, his Cyber Dragon, which pretends to be a name other than the main family, mostly pretends to be in the field and GY, and does not correspond to exclusion. Therefore, in order to make full use of this card, it is necessary to collect the original Cyber Dragon in the exclusion. If you want to use other cards, you should use something like Rampage.
From the effect of blocking the attacks of other cards, it goes well with End and Twin, which have the power of one-hit kill, so I would like to collect his original Cyber Dragon as an exclusion. With Rampage and Eternity, there's no reason why other cards can't be used, but...

Is it a Cyber version of a card that should be called 《Parallel World Fusion》? As a way to exclude Cyber Dragon, there are many means such as "Chimeratech Overdragon" Fusion Summon by Overlord Fusion, "Cyber Eltanin" Special Summon, etc., and since you can fusion summon while returning those cards to the Deck, you can use a powerful Fusion Monster. You can prevent shortness of breath while fusion summoning.
This turn, it has the disadvantage of not being able to attack monsters other than the fusion summoned by this card's effect, but since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it can be activated during the opponent's turn, and the material specification is relatively loose. It is also possible to turn to the offensive on the next turn while making it a wall.

Cybernetic overflow can now banish his Cyber Dragon and actively remove cards on the opponent's field, so after Cybernetic overflow, you can fusion summon Chimeratech Overdragon or Cyber Twin Dragon, or return it in the Battle Phase. It seems that there will be many forms used for pursuit when it is done.

It's a Quick-Play Spell, so you can use it during your opponent's turn, and since it's targeted for banishing monsters, it's nice to be able to reuse Cybers that were banished with Overflow or Eltanin.
The disadvantage is that it only attacks one body, but if you use it on your opponent's turn, it doesn't matter.
