It has the effect of halving the number, and the effect of bouncing all cards in the field and GY other than itself with half the LP cost.
However, it has a very high level scale of 12, and cannot be Normal Summoned, and can only be Special Summoned by its own effects. Therefore, even if you do a normal P summon, you need Supreme King Gate Infinity of scale 13, and the other Special Summon method is very heavy because he has to release Dragon Fusion, S, and X one by one. For this reason, his deck is not aimed at summoning Revolution Dragon, and is mainly aimed at one-kill combos involving 《Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom》.
