Strength

By banishing "Iwao Dragon Ruler - Redox", you can add 《Montage Dragon》to your hand, so you can actively target it.
Dragon Rulers are basically easy to accumulate in the hand, and since they are high level, they are very compatible with 《Montage Dragon》.
Especially when all 3 Dragon Rulers are sent to his GY, the ATK reaches 7 x 3 x 300 = 6300, and you can decide the finish at once.
On top of that, he doesn't care much about the cost since Dragon Ruler works just as well when he's in GY as if he's in his hand.

Weakness

It is quite difficult to break through when an opinion is issued

"Snowman Eater" is used as a corresponding card for "Debris Dragon", but there are other candidates, so you can change it to your liking.
