Playing

I wanted to make sure that Kurosaki-ness was important.
I want to have RUM in my first hand, so I am increasing the number of cards as much as possible. As a result, there are many accidents, but there is a moderate explosive power when it is complete.
The new Arsenal is effective, and the Etranger works well for the summoning conditions, which is helpful.
I think you can do basic RR moves, but be careful that there is one tribute and two fuzzies. Both are powerful, but it's a matter of personal preference, so try changing them to your liking.
Ultimate is weak in the current environment, but it is certain to confuse the opponent. Take it out when you can.

Strength

RUM's initial hand rate is high, so you can move as long as you draw monsters.
It might be a good idea to put in a G to prevent an accident, or dare to take the back attack.
One turn after attacking, you may be able to kill one pattern
If you have Vanishing, Mimicry, Soul Shave Force, Skip or Astral in your starting hand, you can do it.
Mimicry SS with Vanishing NS, Level 5 with Mimicry effect and X summon Etranger.
After that, use Skip or Astral to Xyz change from Etranger to Arsenal.
Activate the Arsenal effect with Etranze as a cost. Please make Force Strix according to your hand.
After that, activate Soul Shave from your hand. Raging from Etranze resurrection.
Opponent removal by raging effect activation. It then ends with a direct attack.
If you call Necrovulture in the Arsenal, you can collect her GY's Soul Shave with Arsenal Release.
Ultimate will stand, and after activating Raging, use Soul Shave again and Rebellion will stand even more, so the total damage amount will be further increased.
It's difficult because there are a lot of cards I want in my first hand, but if I get it right, I can be strong, so it's a reference.

Weakness

Once released, the precious ultimate will be wasted. I want to include Sacrifice Seal, but it doesn't mesh with the effect of Last Strix, so it's hard to use.
Since it is the theme which cannot do anything if an initial move is also crushed, it is incomparable with a crystal wing or 1244.
I have a problem with my build. I want a new one that can be SS under bay sesame conditions.
《Imperial Order》is back and that is also a threat.

Customize

Try putting Swa Rose Nest or Kaiju so that the initial movement is not crushed.
