"Sacred Sword of Seven Stars" to "Parallel World Fusion" and "Hand Destruction" to "Miracle Fusion" can also flow, so I think you can easily line up Fusion Monsters.
If you have "Parallel World Fusion" and "Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders" in your hand, it might be a good idea to try using the first effect as well.

Strength

It's strong that you can return 《Rescue Rabbit》to his deck with 《Parallel World Fusion》and reuse it.
Also, even if 《Macro Cosmos》is pasted, it will not interfere much with operation (it will appear a little)

Weakness

Since there are only 8 EARTH monsters, 《Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders》may be too much in your hand. Since I haven't put in a trap card, I can't do anything during my opponent's turn, and my opponent's Spell Trap removal will focus on Heart of the Underdog.
He hasn't played the deck yet, so I can't say anything about the stability, but I think he's not good at rock, which many fans hate using the deck.

Customize

If you put WATER Normal Monster "Skull Mariner", etc., you can also get "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero".
"Royal Decree" and "Trap Stun" go well together. Also, general-purpose Spell Trap and Elemental HERO don't include the necessary 《Elemental HERO Stratos》, so I think we can do better there.
