Strength

Depending on the situation, 2 Ice Hands can stand a Bahasha Mochi, and the mochi can be used to collect Gameciel, Ice Hands, and Gradle. These are good compatibility because they can also be the cost of mochi.

Weakness

It's easy to get into an accident. If you don't get a hand or an eagle in your first hand, you can hardly move, and if you can't pull off the Magic Seal Skidre, you can't control your opponent's actions.
Also, since there are a lot of GY activations, it will be tough if you can stop the exclusion system, his GY activation, and Special Summon. If it's a monster effect, he doesn't mind Kaiju or Skidre that much, but Traps like notifications are hard to destroy beforehand.
