Strength

There are many draw and search cards, so I think you can summon RR Ultimate Falcon with a high probability even in the early stages.
RR Last Strix and RUM are required to summon RR Ultimate Falcon in one turn.
・RUM: Since it cannot be searched, please draw with a draw system such as Dark World or Launch. Astral and Skip have a total of 6 RUM cards, so it's relatively easy to put in your hand.
・RR Last Strix: This card can be searched, so it can be easily summoned. Here are some examples:
① Summon RR Tribute Rainiers + activate effect → Drop RR Mimicry Rainiers GY + activate effect → RR Last Strix Search, summon using 《Double Summon》
② Discard RR Mimicry Rainius from your hand with Dark World or Tsuitsui → Activate effect with GY → RR Last Strix Search, Summon
I used 《Double Summon》because I sometimes use summoning rights with characters other than Last Strix.
In addition to summoning RR Ultimate Falcon, it can also be used to summon 2 RR monsters normally, in this case it is useful to summon his non-RR Xyz Monsters such as Hope and his Evilswarm Butte.
《Grave of the Super Ancient Organism》is not effective against RR Ultimate Falcon, so I used it.

Weakness

RR Ultimate Falcon is strong, but weak against enemies with ATK 3500 or higher and monsters that summon your monsters to Tribute.

Customize

I think the easy part is that he has an Xyz Monster replacement.
It's easy to get RR monsters in your hand, so 《Allure of Darkness》might be fine.
It might be a good idea to put 《Mask of Restrict》or Torrent Funeral on the side.
