Playing

Accel-synchronizing 《Shooting Star Dragon》and 《Stardust Warrior》in the realm of Clear Mind, I feel like Yusei Fudo!
The key cards are the familiar "Junk Synchron" and "Quickdraw Synchron" in the Yusei Deck.
Mainly use those two cards to Synchro Summon his powerful Synchro Monsters.

Strength

《Junk Synchron》summons, with the effect of catching his GY's level 1 tuner.
Special Summon Doppelwarrior from your hand with your own effect.

Synchro summon Accel Synchron with Junk and Doppel.
Generate two tokens with the Doppel effect that became a synchro material.
↓
Send "Synchron Explorer" or "Synchron Carrier" to his GY with the accelerator effect to increase his level by 2.

Synchro summon Stardust Dragon with 1 token and Axel who has reached level 7.
↓

Weakness

Card accidents often happen.
If you can't perform a Synchro Summon well, you'll be attacked in no time.
It uses all of its hand, Deck, GY, and extras, so it's vulnerable to all sorts of interference.
Especially if it interferes with the summoning and effect of Junk Synchron, it's very painful.
This deck of him assumes a duel in Master Rule 3.
《Level Eater》has been inserted.
When you duel, put a turn 1 restriction on it to come to terms with your opponent, or replace it with another card.

Customize

This Deck is not his Junk Doppel, but the Fan Deck of Yusei Fudo in my image.
If you're just sticking to simple reproducibility, Highlander, which is limited to cards used in the anime, would be the correct answer, but would it really be possible to turn his deck like Yusei?
I thought it would be more Yusei-like to have Axel Synchro Monster appear more consistently every time I duel, so I ended up with this build.
The recommended card for the side is 《Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter》, which can destroy troublesome monsters and permanent cards.
Also, 《Imperial Iron Wall》, which seals exclusions, which is especially bad, can't be removed.
Also, I think it would be good to change his extra Synchro Monster depending on the opponent.
If it's his Synchro Monster that Yusei used, 《Drill Warrior》, 《Junk Berserker》, etc.
For general-purpose Synchro Monsters, it is recommended to prepare 《Kasumi Bird Clausolus》, 《A・O・J Catastor》, 《Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier》, etc.
It would be a good idea to replace it with something like Shooting Quasar Dragon, which is rarely available, or Turbo Warrior, which is useful in limited situations.
