As for how to fight with the Deck, you can maintain your hand with extra G, Decoichi (+ Chaos Infinity), and Gia Giga from there, gathering parts and summoning monsters from the Extra Deck every turn. He takes ads with Bralo, etc., and as a finisher he puts out Meklord Monarch.
Well, I don't think you'll know how to win unless you try using it, so I'll list the reasons for using each card.
Starting with the monsters
Machina Fortress...For accident prevention. Great wall monster. Until a long time ago, it was a monster for anti-Infinity.
Gear frame...For Fortress Search. It can be attached to other monsters you want to protect, and it can be used as a material, so it is an excellent child.
Meklord Soldiers... The reason I have 2 Gran Els is because I'm going to give up the summoning rights for other players. Other than three Weisel throws, adjust as you like
Meklord Monarch s... Three types are included for the theme Deck, but basically Skiel is a cost.
Dekoichi... Set → Chaos Infinity → Xyz while doing one draw. If you summon Wisel, you will have two Machine Darks, expanding the range of Xyz. On top of that, Brabon is also supported, which is the cornerstone of this Deck.
Mencourt...his LP line when he had an accident. Since it is compatible with other cards, I would like to consider throwing 3 as well.
Others...strong.
Next, Spell Trap ... is included because it is strong. (Rough) To explain a bit... Chaos Infinity is an essential combo part of this deck that works very well with monsters. Compatible with Lightning, Daribe, and Ark Knight! Torrent Funeral also stops movement during the opponent's turn, and he also triggers Meklord Monarch, so it is essential to stack 3.
The last is extra.
Black Rose Dragon... If you use Brabon, you can reset the field with one card in your hand, which is very convenient. This one doesn't have enough cards on the field to be destroyed (# ﾟДﾟ)
Geyser...his Meklord Monarch triggers at 26 RBI. My strength is that I can do one more job in the main 2.
Tsukihana, Clear Wing...strong.
Rank 4... After a lot of hesitation, I decided on this build. The Crazy Box is the coolest part of this Deck. If you want to make it stronger, replace it with a butte or the like.

Strength

He's a Meklord Monarch even though he's throwing in a lot of different cards (I'm not saying he can win)
Torrent Funeral → Wisel's flow feels very good to the opponent's reaction.
The Meklord Monarch itself is very ambush, not just the torrent.
There is romance.

Weakness

Weak against skidre, ss seal, and GY seal. If it's a monster, Granel or Torrent Funeral can cover it to some extent, but it's difficult to deal with traps like Vanity's Emptiness.
Traps and extra decks are also mainly against monsters, so I want to be a little more conscious of his opponent's Spell Trap.

Customize

The main thing is whether or not to include Tsuitsui, and how many soldiers to adjust?
Extras are worried about whether or not to include Fast Dragon.
