He summons a meteor dragon from fusion and sends it to his GY, and he is a deck that uses Red-Eyes to summon the Lord of the Reds with a ritual summon. Basically, it is a deck that fights aiming for short-term battles.

Hopefully, fusion will drop his Red-Eyes on his GY with Meteor Dragon, and the next turn you will be able to activate the effect by attaching Moon Mirror to the Lord Summon with Ritual.

Strength

Basically, he uses the Red-Eyes in his deck to aim for fusion, so it would be a problem if a monster came to his hand. So I used launch to get the annoying monsters back into his deck so he could draw the cards he wanted.
Even if Meteor Dragon is defeated, his GY's girlfriend's Red-Eyes will be revived, so there will always be a card in play with a decent ATK of him. However, there are times when you can't win in a fistfight, so I put in a moon mirror to control the fistfight.
I put in a Field Spell to make the Dual work.

Weakness

Since it is his deck that beats with power, there are many cards that do not have negate or destruction effects like other monsters, and it is painful if Lord of the Red is defeated. Also, the card that prevents him from sending it to GY from Deck is a pain. There are some cards that go bad in the long game, so you need to finish it in the short game.
