Toon has long established itself as a not-so-strong fan deck, but with the advent of the Field Spell (Toon Kingdom) that prevents Toons from being destroyed, and the advent of powerful level 7 Toons that have no self-destruct effect, it's become one of the fan decks. So I think it's pretty powerful, and in some cases, it's strong enough to pass as a serious deck. Below is a description of the keycard.

《Red-Eyes Toon Dragon》- One of the level 7 main axes. Has the effect of summoning his Toons other than himself from his hand to his Special Summon. This made deploying high-level Toons easier, and allowed him to have more Toons in play. As will be explained later, support cards are also effective.
"Toon Black Magician" - Appeared after "Red-Eyes Toon", this is also one of the main characters. This is a powerful card that allows you to Special Summon a Toon Monster other than yourself from the Deck by discarding one "Toon" card from your hand, or add a "Toon" Spell/Trap card to your hand. By adding 《Toon Table of Contents》to your hand, you can indirectly add yourself to your hand.
《Toon Barrel Dragon》- Has the highest ATK among level 7 Toons, and has the effect of destroying 1 card on the field if the coin flips heads 2 out of 3 times. It becomes an attacker that can be used by placing it on the field from "Red-Eyes · Toon" or "Toon · Black Magician". After using it as an exclusion source for 《Allure of Darkness》and 《Sacred Sword of Seven Stars》, which will be described later, it is often used in the method of reviving with "Release of the Dark Dimension".
《The Black Stone of Legend》－This is not a Toon, but it is a support card that can Special Summon Red-Eyes and Toon from the Deck. You can aim for mass deployment of Toon from this single card. Also, by returning Red-Eyes/Toons in GY to the Deck, it has the effect of returning itself from GY to the hand (2). However, you need to be careful because you can only use one of the effects ① and ② per turn.

《Toon Kingdom》- A Field Spell activated by banishing 3 cards from the top of the Deck face down, it is a key card that prevents all Toon destruction by banishing 1 card from the top of the Deck. The Toon onslaught starts here. Its weak point is that it has no destruction resistance, but since the level 7 Toon Monster has no self-destruct effect, there is a high probability that the monster will remain on the field even if it is destroyed.
《Toon Table of Contents》- A versatile card that can search for any "Toon" card. For this Deck, you can bring any Toon card other than 《Comic Hand》.
《Comic Hand》- When 《Toon Kingdom》exists, it is a card that takes control of one opponent's monster and turns him into Toon. There is a kind of summoning sickness where "Toon" monsters cannot attack during the turn they are summoned, but the monsters stolen by 《Comic Hand》can attack during that turn, so this is a card that can turn the tide. is. However, since the card name does not include "Toon", it is difficult to search.
《Sacred Sword of Seven Stars》- A card that allows you to draw cards by excluding level 7 monsters. Toon Decks often run out of cards, so draw cards are very important. Most of the monsters that make up the Deck are level 7, so it goes well with this card, and it also goes well with the Trap card "Release of the Dark Dimension" described later.

《Toon Briefcase》- A card that has his Toon Monster on the field, and when the opponent puts a monster on the field, it can be returned to the hand. Now that Toons can be mass-deployed, it's a much easier card to use. Note that unlike "Comic Hand", which requires "Toon Kingdom" on the field, this one requires a "Toon" monster.
"Release of the Dark Dimension" - A banned Living Dead-like card that brings his banished Toon Monster back into play. Drawcards like Allure of Darkness and Sacred Sword of Seven Stars eliminate Toon Monsters quite a bit. It is a card that can revive those monsters, and it has many uses. Note that cards that are banished by the effect of Toon Kingdom are "banished face down" and cannot be used.

The extras basically include the versatile level 7 Xyz, the really rare Hope, and the "Stardust Dragon" that comes into play with Starlight Road. As for Level 7 Xyz, if 《Toon Kingdom》exists, it may be better not to Xyz Summon, so I don't think it's necessary to force it. As for Hope, there is almost no chance to use it as it is, so it is recommended to use it together with the side Deck in "Customize Point".

Strength

The basic way to win in Toon Deck is "Beatdown". The main play style is to attack more and more with the aim of mass deployment without worrying too much about the opponent's monsters.

The reason why I didn't use 《Toon Gemini Elf》with high ATK is because "Gemini Elf" is not his DARK, so it can't be an exclusion source for 《Allure of Darkness》.

As for Trap cards, if you use "Release of the Dark Dimension" to bring monsters back to life, you can focus on slowing down your opponent with 《Toon Briefcase》or 《Solemn Judgment》.

So, if the starting 《The Black Stone of Legend》does not come to your hand, you may not be able to summon even a single monster. Also, 《Comic Hand》and 《Toon Briefcase》may not meet the activation conditions, and there may be situations where they cannot be used in an emergency. 《Toon Kingdom》itself doesn't have a destruction system, so the destruction of this one card often reverses the formation. As a countermeasure, there is a way to put 《Field Barrier》. If it is installed, would it be Comic Hand that should be removed instead?
