Strength

It's a tenacious stamina like an undead
Pendulum's selling point is its persistence
If 《Rise to Full Height》works well, the damage won't go through, and it's a style of fighting while peeping with Ω.
Even if Diabolik comes to your hand, you can actively drop it with Tsuitsui Son Mass Unison while fighting, and even if it is eliminated at the Gordon cost, you can get back GY with Ω that you put out through a different route (《Rise to Full Height》also returns GY with this). It stands up well, Diabolic and Tuner 2 make it easy to stand up Ω and Synchro 8
If you can, bring out the Red Archfiend Abyss!
This one is strong, it can negate not only face-up cards already, but also monster effects, Normal Spells, and Normal Trap during opponent's turn!
Moreover, if the damage goes through, you can catch a tuner (unison), and since it's not negate, if it's unison, you can use it as a main 2 to grow GY and run out of cards! !
Even if Valve is excluded with the Gordon cost, just return it as usual
To some extent, the back is hardened, so it is possible to interfere

Weakness

Hermit has improved somewhat, but the initial movement is still slow
Roughly speaking, it is proliferation G, exclusion meta such as iron wall, monster effect sealing, GY meta etc.

Customize

There is a deck called Synchro Dark, which is like a subspecies of Jund with Diabolic, and moves first with ΩΩΩTrish (《De-Synchro》) to handicap, but this does not use Doppellibra F1 Enfe.
It's only a degraded version of that, and I think it's good to have a tenacious and undead-like fighting style, even if Diabolik is there, it doesn't feel that strange.
Dirk Graffer and 《Armageddon Knight》may not be bad either
I don't like being destroyed by lower undead, so I'm giving the Undead Skull Archfiend some meaning ( will also be resistant to Omega and Crystal!).
Senko Stada or Ogre Dragoon instead
The concept of this Deck is not a meta type that fights in the back, but a blockade type with monsters.
So I'd like to add Ogre Dragoon, but handless seems to be easy, but it's difficult.
