In the current environment, the end SS is slow, and if there are no strategists or missionaries,
I took it out because it could cause an accident.
I think that the stability will improve somewhat if the main is unified at the lower level.

Strength

●About 《Powerful Rebirth》
Personally, I think it's a must-have card in the Ice Barrier Deck.
If you have a caster/guardian in GY, you can revive and stop the attack during the opponent's battle phase.
Also, the compatibility with missionaries is excellent. Of course you can revive Duro from the Missionary
It is also convenient for level adjustment when synchronizing.
For example, when you want to put out Arkanite (Protector on the field / "Powerful Rebirth", Dancer / Missionary on GY)
If you revive Maihime as it is, you can't get it with 3 and 5
If you go through Evangelist → Maihime, it will be ☆ 3 and ☆ 4, so you can put it out without problems.
Since it is also strong against Psychic and Tsuitsui, I think it should be put in before Libidet.

Weakness

The Ice Barrier theme itself is a weak point...
