《Ties of the Brethren》is too dangerous, so 《Called by the Grave》is loaded first.

Strength

☆4・WATER・Spellcaster can use 《Ties of the Brethren》to block Effect Monsters with 《Gendo the Ascetic Monk》, but it is possible to block his spells with 《Spellbreaker of the Ice Barrier》.
It sounds like a joke, but Gendo's effect is a permanent effect, so it's possible to summon 《Gendo the Ascetic Monk》→ 《Lightning Storm》to wipe out the opponent's board.
About 《Crystron Halqifibrax》
You can easily block his spell + attack with Ice Barrier with "a card that can put out Hari Fiber" + "an opponent's turn resurrection card such as Back to the Front"
Monsters summoned by Harifiber cannot activate their effects, but they are not negate-ized, and they do not self-destruct during the end phase.

Opponent's turn, banish Crystron Halqifibrax to Shooting Riser Dragon, turn Warlock of the Ice Barrier into GY (riser's level becomes 4) → use Back to the Front to revive Warlock of the Ice Barrier
Monsters dropped by Riser Dragon just can't activate their effects, and they can't be summoned by Special Summon, nor are their effects negate, so the permanent effect, Disruptor, works properly.
Locking is only simple, so when the weather is doubtful, it feels like synchronizing the opponent's turn with a riser.
《Pot of Extravagance》may not be compatible with the Extra Deck, as it can be done around here.

Weakness

As long as you line up on the board, you can control it to some extent, but you lack the means to decide from here.
There were many patterns of losing because even if you could lock and restrict movement, you couldn't win.
I don't know if it's a weakness, but I can't get Trishula out...?
The tuner and ☆3 pairs and ☆4 Spellcaster pairs are weak points. It might be better to specialize in either the Halifax gimmick or the 《Ties of the Brethren》gimmick

If you have a Strak card, you may not need to rely on Ties of the Brethren.
