"The Prime Monarch" is a Fairy monster that can be revived with a free chain, so I thought "I can use it for Athena's cost!!" When I put in The Prime Monarch, I thought, "I really want Pantheism of the Monarchs or Tenacity of the Monarchs, so why not include Monarch?" How did this happen···.
Basically, the key is how to draw 《Athena》, which cannot be searched, into your hand. You can see the power of "Pantheism of the Monarchs" that you can exchange cards while sending "The Prime Monarch" to her GY. While digging her Deck with the two effects of "Pantheism of the Monarchs", I will accumulate "Darklord Superbia" and the Fairy revived by it into her GY with "Trade-In" and exchange cards further. Finally

Since it involves the end of life, it has more development power than normal Monarch. Two more fairies spawn from one Athena. Also, Athena's burn effect is surprisingly large at 600 per hit. On the opponent's turn, if you use her Special Summon for Shingen, you can win with Athena's Burn. Furthermore, because Eyetail is an angel,
1. Activate the effect of Ehther the Heavenly Monarch during your opponent's turn.
2. Activate 《The Monarchs Stormforth》by chaining to Aitail’s effect.
3. Reviving 《The Prime Monarch》by chaining to Ritsusen.
4. By reverse processing, the true source is revived and the effect of Retsusen is applied. Release Shingen and the opponent's monsters and Tribute Summon Ehther the Heavenly Monarch.
5. Forced effect 《Athena》activates twice. The effect of "Ehther the Heavenly Monarch" is also activated by chaining to it.
6. Pull her Monarch out of the Deck and deal 1200 damage to her opponent.
In addition to being able to do that, it is also a 2800 RBI that can be revived with Superbia.
It's not really a combo, but it's very strong to Tribute Summon Archlord Kristya on your opponent's turn with Escalation of the Monarchs. Or rather, I'm pinning it just for this.

Weakness

《Sacrifice Lock Mask》can do nothing. 《Gozen Match》and 《Rivalry of Warlords》are also pretty tough, but since Fairy can Tribute Summon her with Retsusen and Shingen, it's not that hard.
