Both effects are very strong.

Moreover, there are no disadvantages such as no attack, battle position designation, effect negate, etc. The same name cannot be revived, but it is possible to revive Athena via Supervia, and it is also possible to use the revived Athena's effect to further develop it. I'm glad that the cost is OK even with the surplus 《Hecatrice》.
The second burn is also very strong, although it is plain. For the time being, if a Fairy comes into play, it will react, and Burn will be added even if the Fairy is revived by its own effect. If your hand is good, your opponent's LP may be less than half just by going first.
It's a card that is almost essential in a large-scale Fairy Deck such as the afterlife, but it's a pity that it's still not reprinted and the price is high, and that it's level 7 and doesn't support trains.
