Shiranui is a Synchro Undead, and he makes full use of a wealth of resurrection methods unique to Undead, such as Batouki, and he develops more and more around Synchro Monsters.
The monster that is the core of the main Deck is 《Uni-Zombie》, a very excellent tuner that can simultaneously fertilize GY and adjust its level. The basic movement of this deck is to revive and use 8 synchros depending on the situation.
Her Shiranui is undeniably lacking in power for a 9th season theme, but the appearance of her Shiranui is very happy for the conventional Synchro Ande. As a reason,

Conventional undead were decks that repeatedly resurrected from GY and deployed in large numbers, so Darkrow and Macro, which eliminate the concept of GY, and Christia, which seals Special Summon itself, were very weak, and the main removal method was scarce. It was not uncommon for the situation to be surrendered just by being issued these guys. Even now, there are few decks where these guys can't get stuck, and there are quite a few decks where he says he will surrender unless he draws a few removal cards.
However, with the appearance of Guji, it became possible to easily remove Darklaw and Macro, and with the appearance of Takeshi, it became possible to easily remove Christia and Midrash. There is no way to remove it, so there is no way to remove Shiranui.
With the appearance of Shiranui, I think Ande, which was easily clogged with Darkrow and Christia, has transformed into his deck that is reasonably strong against these guys.

High development power, many things that can be done.
Shiranui can take care of some exclusions that undead are bad at.
Anwa becomes not only a support for yourself but also a meta for the opponent.
High responsiveness, Tsubame can also respond to meta to some extent.
You can easily handle the height of the RBI, the Ultimate Falcon, etc. with the God of War.

Weakness

With the advent of Shiranui, I think that there are no particular weaknesses, as measures have been taken to deal with the main weaknesses.
