Explanation of each card
《Upstart Goblin》・《Chicken Game》: Draw sources for drawing combo cards.

《Chain Summoning》: If you have 《Return of the Monarchs》or Illusion Snatch, you can easily activate it and increase your summoning rights, making it easier to line up monsters on the field.

Greedy Jar: Occasionally his Monarch on Deck is gone, so use it
《Kuraz the Light Monarch》: His Monarch is one of the few Monarchs whose effects can be used when Special Summoned from Eyetail, and his destructive effects come in handy as an attack, defense, and draw source.

Explanation of operation
First, search for Zaborg with 《Return of the Monarchs》or Eyetail as soon as possible and stand around so that you can put it on the field.
The target of Zaborg's destruction effect is basically yourself, but if you want to keep Zaborg as a fighting force, if you have The Prime Monarch in GY, you can use the effect to destroy The Prime Monarch.
And the preparations for dropping Zaborg XYZ, VW and +α are complete.
Next, let's line up 4 level 6s on the field with Atail's Special Summon effect + "Star Light, Star Bright" or Illusion Snatch + "Chain Summoning".
Then, take out two Exavitles, equip them with XYZ and WV, remove the two equipments, and complete VWXYZ.
important point
《Return of the Monarchs》is convenient, but you can't use Xyz with it, so let's switch to a draw with Kreis.
If you use the 2 effect of Eidos and the 1 effect of Idea, you won't be able to Xyz. Both have 1000 defense, so you can use Star Light, Star Bright to unify your levels so you don't have to Xyz.

The basic movement is Monarch, so the stability is high, and since it destroys extras, it seems to be able to beat recent decks that rely heavily on extras.
