Basically, collect key cards while fertilizing his GY with ``White Elephant's Gift'' and ``Cards of Consonance'', and revive him with ``Tri-Wight'' and ``Message in a Bottle'' to aim for a great revolution!
If you can't do a great revolution, revive the tuner when reviving and fight in sync!

Strength

Once you turn it, you can expand it at once!
If you can deploy all at once with "Enchanting Fitting Room", you will be able to perform consecutive synchros with Librarian without reducing your hand!
If you're lucky, you can play a Quasar on the first turn, or you can aim for a total handicap with a Temple of the Kings Great Revolution!

Weakness

If you draw a lot of Normal Monsters in your first hand and can't draw a draw source, there are times when you can't do anything.
It is vulnerable to exclusion because it uses a lot of GY.
Since there is no Spell Trap destruction card, it is difficult to activate 《Vanity's Emptiness》or a warning once.

Customize

[Main Deck]
《Kuribandit》...The speed is slow, but it makes it easier to add key cards to your hand. Since there are few level 3, it will be easier to aim for level 5 Synchro and Alucard.
《Card Destruction》, Slaughter... It's easy to rot if it can be deployed, but it might be good if you want to reduce the accident rate even a little.

It might be a good idea to remove Shooting Star and Quasar and increase low-level Synchro to increase the number of Librarian draws and make it easier to aim for the Great Revolution.
