Currently, when searching for the strongest deck, it tends to be a template that uses a specific category and specific general-purpose cards. In the midst of this, I dared to throw away my strength and think about how far I can make the deck weaker. And I tried to collect level 1, ATK 0 characters. It's Fulmon.
Level 1 monsters often have abilities that support powerful monsters in the Deck, such as triggered effects from the hand or triggered effects from destruction. However, in this Deck, such use as search, Special Summon, and materials is completely blocked. Attributes, races, and categories are scattered.
The lack of synergy is at a level that makes you irritated just by looking at it. There is no Red-Eyes, but there is Black Stone, and there is no Infernoid, but there is Shaitan. Since Synchro Monster is not in the extras, the tuners will be crying in the shade of the grass.
Even if you use it for entertainment, I think it's at the level of being scolded, so it's difficult to say how to operate it.

Strength

Using the right to summon, he deploys his ATK 0 monsters and immediately reverses 《Doom Donuts》. It is possible to overwhelm your opponent.

Weakness

Some monsters have non-zero DEF, so there is a risk that you will be able to fight them if you use the offense-defense reversal effect. Also, 《Doom Donuts》may involve your opponent's Armitile or Granel.
Also, please do not send it to others and use it yourself.

Customize

Similarly, there is Chaos Necromancer, a level 1, ATK 0 monster, so if you want a ray of hope, you should include it. If the donut turns over, you'll die, but that should give you an idea of what you want to do.
Many level 1 monsters have search, special summon, and level manipulation effects, and you can't even use it unless it's a card that matches his deck. After all, the current Yu-Gi-Oh is stronger if it is unified by series category.
