It is [Volcanic].
It's pretty long this time.
Actually, I was planning to raise it in June, but while I was lazy, new restrictions were announced and flagges were confirmed, so I missed the timing.
After that, most of the text was written around the beginning of June 2015, so some parts may be a little inappropriate considering the current environment.
I'm going to fix that part later (I'll list the corrections at the end of each customization point).

Strength

This is the first change. In the past, if I won rock-paper-scissors, I would go first, but with this build, I've been trying to go second.
This is because his deck has few initial moves, and even if he goes first, if he doesn't draw Volcanic Rocket, he basically won't be able to gain an advantage.
Until then, I thought it would be better for him to be the first player to lay a trap first, considering the opponent's advance development, and in many situations, I aimed to pass the turn by going 2 face down.
What changed this was the change in the card pool and environment after [CROS].
In particular, the releases of Tellarknight Ptolemaeus and Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit each had diametrically opposite effects on this deck.
The former was adopted by all decks dealing with rank 4, and required a card that returned it cleanly.
That's where the latter comes in. 《Effect Veiler》cancels out the end phase activation effect, which is impossible, and 《Tellarknight Ptolemaeus》has the same function as a negate card.
The reason why I haven't adopted 《Effect Veiler》until now is because of a dot-scoring problem. This card requires a certain amount of stats on your board, and without it you will take damage normally.
On the other hand, 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》has an effect that cannot be negate, but it also destroys it, so it is less likely to be disadvantageous in the LP race, and I decided to use it because of the aforementioned changes in the environment.
《Proliferating G》is easier to play this way.
I thought that this card would show its true value if it was used at the same time as other hand triggers, and I decided to use this card because I thought it would be a powerful hit with 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》.
In addition, this card can also prevent advance deployment, so I no longer feel the need to take the lead.
In the first place, 《H.C. Assault Halberd》, which I used as an attacker, is a clear last-attack card.

Hand triggers are pretty much what I've already said.
《Proliferating G》, which can prevent the advance deployment of 【HERO】, is the top priority, and 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》, which can remove 《Tellarknight Ptolemaeus》, is used.
Also, with this Deck, 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》can be divided into 《Blaze Accelerator Reload》during the opponent's turn (however, if you do this, if your opponent tells you to do so, you must reveal the "Volcanic" card in your hand). Also, due to the nature of "Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit", "Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit" can be activated only if it is not chained to the opponent in response to the activation of the effect of "Blaze Accelerator Reload" that is already face up).
For Trap, I think I chose something that has many opponents that I can hit hard without losing anything.
《Torrential Tribute》is the best example of this, especially in this season, 【HERO】's 《Elemental HERO Airman》is a face-down removal, and I think this is the card that can return it most easily.
In addition, 《Mirror Force》is also fully loaded, and although it is not strong against 《Elemental HERO Airman》, it is quite strong against simple beatdowns, making it a useful sweeper.
Furthermore, 《Vanity's Emptiness》and 《Lose 1 Turn》increase the number of situations where you can hit hard with this card. Of course, it is necessary to re-deploy due to board reset, and these cards that can stop it are quite useful. Especially for the latter, there are many cases where there are basically no answers other than 《Mystical Space Typhoon》, 《Book of Eclipse》, and 《Forbidden Lance》. I thought it would be better to increase the number of removals for 《Lose 1 Turn》, but since 《Torrential Tribute》is fully loaded and 《Volcanic Scattershot》is allowed, it is now possible to draw later. There were many situations where it could be brought in, and most of the trigger effects during SS were stopped, so it was quite useful. [Nekroz] If your opponent doesn't have either of these, it's pretty tough.
《Compulsory Evacuation Device》《Ring of Destruction》is a free chain removal.
There was a time when I used the 3rd copy of 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》instead of 《Ring of Destruction》, but since 《Child of Atlantean - Nepto Abyss》makes it possible to hit more powerfully and it is a special move against 【Qliphort】, I decided to use it again.
Also, I knew Compulsory Evacuation Device would be weak against [Infernoid], but surprisingly it wasn't. There is unevenness, but it is not that there is no use for it.
《The Huge Revolution is Over》is adopted based on the fact that it is strong against 《Infernoid Devyaty》, which is not negate by 《Cyber Dragon Infinity》compared to 《Starlight Road》. Naturally, the number one imaginary enemy is 《Harpie's Feather Duster》.
It may seem surprising that 《Pot of Duality》was not used, but when considering [HERO] opponents, there were many situations where this card, which was intended to increase stability, actually lowered stability and reduced returns. . Against his other decks, it's not weak because it's basically a card that expands the possibility of getting to the first move, which is rare.
Now let's talk about the Side Deck.
First of all, it is necessary to consider the side change [Nekroz] [Atlantean] [Infernoid], and there is a possibility that 《Royal Decree》and 《Jinzo》will be introduced.
This Deck uses traps in its fights, so if you can't trap them, your odds of winning are slim. Of course, even with a side change, you have to take that into account and prepare an answer other than Trap.
The typical example is 《Mystical Space Typhoon》《Archfiend Eccentrick》. [Infernoid] may issue 《Naturia Exterio》, but the latter can also be used.
Also, there was 《Soul Release》as an answer to [Infernoid]. 《Different Dimension Ground》gave me the impression that it was quite difficult to use because no backtracking was allowed.
The downside of this card is that it doesn't affect monsters that are already in play, so if you don't hold it at the same time as removing it, it's not strong. However, since this Deck uses a lot of removal, it could be used like a "mass removal" that can be hit hard in many situations and has little unevenness.
Also, the ability to steal [Nekroz] resources was also excellent.

Weakness

It is quite weak against negate cards, represented by 《Cyber Dragon Infinity》.
In addition, there were many Decks that used Trap negate cards such as 《Royal Decree》, so I have to say that the pure type 【Volcanic】 was not a deck choice (if you are aiming for a win).
Not only 《Cyber Dragon Infinity》, but Rank 5 coming out of 《Tellarknight Ptolemaeus》is pretty tight.
《Stellarknight Constellar Diamond》negates his GY effect of 《Volcanic Scattershot》and 《Blaze Accelerator Reload》.
《Constellar Pleiades》is a deck that relies on large cards and extras, so it wasn't too hard, but there were times when I couldn't return even one trap that was face down.
《Tiras, Keeper of Genesis》is a natural enemy.

Customize

I would like to use 《Juragedo》, but it seems that there is no such slot at present.
I think it's quite risky to increase the number of monsters any more...
If even 《E・HERO Airman》is banned, I think this Deck (or rather, the pure type 【Volcanic】) can fight against 【HERO】.
Also, for a while, I was thinking about building 《Fiendish Chain》to 《Breakthrough Skill》and 《Magic Planter》to 《Wild Fire》.
It seems that monster destruction and ``Blaze Cannon'' are destroyed at the same time, and ``Blaze Cannon'' goes to his GY even if 《Masked HERO Dark Law》exists.
The biggest difference from 《Magic Planter》is that it can be played even if 《M・HERO Dark Law》is present.
A natural enemy called [Majespecter] has appeared, but if you look at this, you can't help but stack 3 《Lose 1 Turn》.
It looks pretty tough to win.
But other than that, I think I can still fight better than the [HERO] environment.
Even if he is brought into a situation where he cannot use spells due to the advance development of [EMEm], this deck can still fight.
《Freshia's Enchantress》seems to be hard to deal with except to kill it with 《Volcanic Scattershot》...
After a little while, I'm thinking of raising [Volcanic] for the current [EMEm] environment.
