I changed the contents a little.
Operation method
First, summon a level 1 monster and get a maiden with one chance, and if you already have a maiden, bring a Kinka-neko.
It's ideal to use it when there are monsters that don't use summoning rights, such as Confit and Battle Fader, but depending on the situation, you can use it with the intention of doing about 2000 damage.
Anyway, please prioritize bringing the maiden first. I think Kinka-neko should be postponed.
Once you have the maiden safe and sound, take out her Blue-Eyed by targeting it with an EM card.
For the time being, if you don't bring it in this form, it won't be a story.

① Blue-Eyed white dragon
This is his deck's RBI factor and ace monster. Basically, you'll be hitting with this guy.
Regardless of whether it's destroyed or bounced, it's very strong because it can be easily played with Otome, but it's very weak against removal.
Think of it as a loss if both are eliminated.
There is nothing I can do about it when it comes to my hand, so I have 2, but there are quite a few situations where I want a 3rd, so I think it would be fine to increase it to 3.
②《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》
The first star of this Deck.
Needless to say, it is strong. Even if it is a single unit, it becomes a wall and has a very good place.
In this Deck, by putting in a lot of EM monsters, you can actively activate the effect every turn. I have a lot of work to do, such as Blue-Eyed summons, Synchro materials, Xyz materials, and walls. First of all, I have to put this guy on the field or drop him to GY.
③Kinka cat
The second star of this Deck.
A Level 1 Spirit Monster that catches Level 1 monsters when summoned.
It has the disadvantage of banishing fished monsters when it leaves the field, but it's a strong card that doesn't bother me much. Although it is a difficult point that it can not be issued with 《One for One》.
I think that the fishing target will be two choices, Maiden or Piper.
Basically, I think it will be a flow of Otome picking → EM target → Blue-Eyed summoning → main 2 silver dragon summoning.
Originally, you don't have to force the silver dragon out, but if you leave the maiden caught by the cat, it will be excluded, so I put it out in the sense of avoiding that.
Piper fishes when he wants to replenish his hand. In the case of Piper, he will leave the field with his own effect, so you don't have to worry about being removed by Cat's effect.
After that, you can catch an appropriate level 1 monster and make Xyz, but you don't use it much in this Deck.
④《Mystic Piper》
Draw factor.
This Deck has many level 1 monsters, so the probability of drawing two copies is high.

Protect the field that has become empty with Piper, etc., and satisfy the conditions for activating One Chan.
Both effects have advantages and disadvantages, so you should adjust the number here as you like.

Special Summon can be done, so you can activate one-chan while leaving the summoning right.
However, it can't be helped even if these guys stay in the field, so I'm going to Xyz them all at once.
Maybe you should remove it.
⑦ EM monster
Otome effect trigger factor
Although they are monsters, they are essentially spell cards.
Every turn I will use it on the maiden and put out her Blue-Eyed.
Hikkuri Kaeru can reverse offense and defense for one turn regardless of whether it's an enemy or an ally, and Partnerga can do 300 EM on the field, so there are ways to use it other than Otome.
Hikkuri Frog is a low class monster, so it can be a wall in case of emergency.
Basically, one card is enough, so the second and subsequent ones are basically spoiled.
However, it's difficult for her to play Blue-Eyed if she doesn't have even one, so I have a lot of them.
⑧《Where Arf Thou?》《One for One》
Keycard search factor
One Chan has the disadvantage of 2000 damage, but it is easy to avoid and you can search for the two main characters of this Deck.
《One for One》cannot summon a cat, but you can leave the summoning right, and you can call a maiden, so it is essential.
⑨ RUM
I use it to bring out Hope Dragoon, but I personally think it's interesting, so I think it's okay to just put it in and remove it. Consider yourself lucky if you can use it.
Barian's Force will be used in the order of Rank 1 Xyz → Main 2 Downard → Dark Knight.

①《Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon》
It will be the most out of the extras.
It has useful effects such as reviving Blue-Eyed every turn and granting resistance to Dragons during Special Summon.
②Fujo Castle
It's a card you don't see very often, but it's a strong card.
It will be issued when GY has Ginryu.
This Deck only has 2 Blue-Eyed, so it's inevitable that there's no point in having more than 2 Silver Dragons, so I chose this one.
It has a GY level 9 monster lifting effect when synchronized. The target will inevitably be a silver dragon.
By the way, you can also activate the silver dragon's resistance grant effect when catching it.
You can keep Silver Dragon like this, but even if you play Blue-Eyed, you won't be able to attack that turn due to its effect, so I think you'll often Xyz it.
③《Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir》
The back ace monster of this Deck
If you get down to it from Fujou, you can get it from Kinka Neko.
The effect can remove one card from various locations of the opponent once during your turn.
It's a useful card rather than strong. I think it's an essential card to enter Fujo Castle.

Please change it as you like.
We have adopted two types that are easy to use personally.
⑤ Rank 1 Xyz
I think changing Hope Roots to Shiny or Lion Hard is also possible, but Hope Roots can be a wall even by itself, so I put 2 copies.
With Plasnir, he becomes a monster with 5000 ATK.
Dullahan is the strongest Rank 1 Xyz, so I use it.
*The EM monster Blue-Eyed spoils well, so we adopted the highly versatile Thunder Break while processing them.

Strength

Starting with Kinka Neko, you can unleash stable developments such as Blue-Eyed and Synchro from there.
As long as you don't deal with cats and maidens, I think you can push first.
I will omit the combo because it is described in the operation method.

Weakness

Cats are very strict when handled.
If the cat is processed, the maiden will inevitably be processed as well.
It's also weak against exclusions in general.
If 《Macro Cosmos》or Dark Row is issued, it will be piled up, so please surrender gracefully.

Customize

It's a deck that seeks fun rather than strength, so I think it can be improved as much as you want.
