Strength

Weakness

Even though he's a Monarch who went to great lengths to Tribute Summon, he gets depressed when he's hit with 《Skill Drain》, Effect Veiler, etc.↓↓
In addition, 《Skill Drain》is pretty hard because the only way to remove it is Hapi Wings.
In addition, since the number of cards in hand does not increase at all, it is difficult to negate once per turn.

Customize

I thought it would be better to remove Goes and 《Double Summon》and put Demon's Chain etc.
