Playing

There are two winning patterns.
1. Beats with his Synchro Monsters such as Quasar and Skanova.
2. A special victory by having Exodia in your hand.
The first way to win is to use White Elephant's Gift and Heart of the Underdog to speed up the draw → Cry Havoc! to Normal Summon → Consecutive summons, and use synchro fire to launch Quasar pr Skanova and attack.
Quasar is 5 + 5 + 2 or 4 + 6 + 2, but you can go forcibly with phonons, although the latter is not connected.
Also, if the opponent removes the Quasar in the same turn that uses Phonon, Shooting Star will not appear, so it is a little difficult to handle.
If it's a Skanova route, Wayne → Wayne's effect connects "Tune Warrior" to Red Archfiend → 3+1 tuner with a fire lid, 2+2 tuner → Skanova.
Also, if you play Wayne, you can SS "Tune Warrior", so if you have a Pendulum and are not using the summoning right, you can save the summoning right until you play "Flamvell Guard".
You can also get a shooting star.
All you have to do is put out the standard in the manner of Skanova, and then put out Phonon, Pularis, or Formula from there.
Also, since the tuner adoption rate is high, shooting stars may decide to attack consecutively.
However, since it's mostly normal monsters, it's easy to end up with no tuner and no effect if you don't deploy early.
The second is just to draw like a mediocre Exo, and if you fall, use a mass production factory for a special victory.

Strength

If you can go with the flow, Skanova and Quasar will line up at the same time.
You can also aim for a special victory with the point of a mediocre Exo.

Weakness

Slow, mediocre luck factor, cannot be deployed without a fire cover, Special Summon If sealed, you have no choice but to die.

Customize

The reason why I didn't use Xyz is because when I try to turn it around and it stops at about 4 ☆ 5 synchros, I can't recover and it's fatal, so I thought I'd increase it a little more.
As a result, the frame of Xyz has disappeared.
If I narrow it down to either Skanova or Stada, I think I'll have about 5 slots, so I'll throw in General-purpose Xyz there.
《Gene-Warped Warwolf》, Alexandrite Dragon can be any 4 normal monster.
After that, you can increase the number of 《Blue Dragon Summoner》more, and reduce the adoption rate of the grate. Maybe try putting in reinforcements, filling, etc.
