You can use 《Heart of the Underdog》to deploy a large number of cards and aim for continuous link summons, but it is necessary to employ a large number of Normal Monsters, making it difficult to balance.
《Ojama Pajama》can recycle Ojama Normal Monsters, or 《Ojamagic》can accumulate Ojama to deploy in your hand.
You can also consider moves such as banishing 《Giant Rex》, summoning Dinosaur Normal Monster, and bringing back 《Giant Rex》.

The adjusted version of "Ultimate Offering" has been criticized quite a bit, or compared to "Ultimate Offering".
Don't compare it with a neat card that can get a huge amount of ads with few disadvantages (commandment)
By excluding GY monsters, you get the right to summon only Normal Monsters.
A long time ago, in Lynx, he dropped a lot of monsters on GY, and then he used 《Temple of the Kings》→《Cry Havoc!》→《White Elephant's Gift》and an exo that drew a lot using Wonder Wand.
I used various exos and it was the best.
Others use 《Man-Thro' Tro'》for one-kill, and there are more cards that are not face-down removal and reuse removal.
There are also themes like Shiranui that trigger exclusions.
Personally, I think it's an interesting card with a lot of potential.

《Ultimate Offering》for Normal Monster.
However, it cannot be used during the opponent's turn, and requires a GY monster.
The GY cost has been improved thanks to link summoning, but 《Double Summon》, which has high speed and versatility, is a big factor.
Since there is no turn 1 limit, it can be used for loops, etc., but I get the impression that it is a pretty technical card.

A vanilla-only version of 《Ultimate Offering》. The cost has changed from his LP to GY exclusion. It can't be used effectively in a normal vanilla Deck, so it's better to combine it with 《Heart of the Underdog》and aim for mass deployment. Thanks to Xyz, there are more things you can do with it, so you can consider it as a second and subsequent 《Ultimate Offering》.
