Gale Monarch has a good chance of negating the summoning add loss so don't hesitate to summon.
The above moves are the main focus, but if Genomic and Quick are in her GY, Pirika can also act to some extent with her Normal Summon. The reason for using Quick is that she can send Orion, Cruiser, and Genomic to her GY stably because of her search card. Also, you can collect 2 Pirika from Gardos GY by going from Pirika to Orion, so don't hesitate to use Pirika in your hand.
Pirika is restricted when using effects, but release doesn't matter, and he's fine as long as he's WIND, whether he's synced or Xyz. Please give Pirika a child who can do it (although it doesn't appear in the table).

Customize

GY containment (including exclusion) is pretty tight. I can't win Replace Genomic with Cyclone for side protection. Alternatively, insert a free chain such as a forced escape.
Also, as a variation, if you change the Genomic to a 4* monster, you can get Mist Warm. For example, if you put in a ☆4 Rise Belt, you can put in a ★4 Xyz.
