The synergy with Arkjet is strong, but this card itself is just a deployable resource that consumes a lot of energy, and the cost is limited, so there is a risk of accidents.
If you're going to make a rank 9 with a machine, Arkjet is usually enough. The advantage of this card is that there are no restrictions on where it can be deployed, but there aren't many other useful level 9 machines.
Deploy this card and use Arc Jet to cost-fish, and you'll have 3 level 9 machines, but currently there is no rank 9 machine that can be used with 3 bodies.
It doesn't seem to have much future potential, but it's highly dependent on combos, so I don't think it's a user-friendly card at the moment.

VFD, a card whose value has risen with the appearance of a strong Rank 9, still specializes in Rank 9 materials, but has made it possible to take control of Ancient Machines first.

The easiest card to deploy at level 9.
Since he can do his Special Summon on his own, he can throw out Dyson Balls like V-nii-san and put out Heart-Earth Dragon relatively easily.
It also supports 《Machine Duplication》under Kuroiwa and Shrinkage, and there are plenty of ways to deploy it on a large scale.

V-nii-sama, who doesn't work, finally got a job (with OCG).
Very wanted Special Summon Level 9 with no resurrection restrictions. As long as I'm happy with this.
The effect is also a pseudo-fortress, but both offense and defense are 900, which is a wonderful value, so it says to use it as a material.
At the moment, it can be used as a stepping stone for Tribute, as well as synchronizing with 1-2 tuners at rank 9 of the Roman frame.
To put it the other way around, there is currently no utility value only in such a Roman Deck.
Is it finally no longer necessary to use Hanekuri Lv9 and Big Whale...

It's probably the easiest card to put out as a level 9 monster. Since only Machines can be sent to GY, multiple summons are possible if you can drop Machines with abundant resurrection methods such as Fortress and Machine Giant Dragon. You can aim not only for Dyson, but also for the hard-to-find Fake Skeleton Dragon.
