This is a deck that focuses on the fact that if you use Fortune Lady as the exclusion cost when you Special Summon Dragon Ruler, you can easily fulfill the activation conditions of 《Fortune's Future》.
Since it is built on the basis of Dragon Ruler, the basic offensive line is Dragon Ruler, but instead of cards such as Mausoleum, 《Fortune's Future》and 《Wonder Wand》are used as cards to rotate the Deck.
In addition, there is also Lighty, so of course there are times when I fight as Fortune Lady.
Since Dragon Ruler will be restricted in this revision, I'm posting it for my own records as well as his Blue-Eyed Fortune that I posted before...
I haven't decided yet, but I think I'll probably break it after the revision.
By the way, Blue-Eyed Fortune is in a completely different state, but it's not broken.

Strength

Compared to normal Dragon Ruler, there are a lot of cards that are supposed to be used in combination with other cards, so the accident rate has increased, but if you don't have a bad hand, you can draw well and turn smoothly.
Also, I think that being able to play Firey from Lighty and perform Destroy + Burn is kind of powerful.
Compulsory Evacuation Device and Skull Lair are the main ways to trigger righty effects in this Deck.
Don't use it blindly, use it according to the other person's actions. (However, be careful not to miss the timing of Lighty's effect.)
If you use the effect of Skull Lair during your opponent's turn, if you set the removal cost to Dragon Ruler, you can also use the search effect common to Dragon Ruler, which is a little profitable.
Once in a while, there is also the case of destroying Lighty with Dragion.
In the case of this Deck, the Dragon Ruler is the offensive line, so there are many Filey that can be used to block deployment and break through when attacking.
I wanted to avoid running out of fileies in the deck at all costs, so I decided to stack 3 fileies.
Even if it comes to your hand, you can use Wonder Wand or Blaster as a cost.
On the other hand, Dalky was rejected because it can't be used for the cost of Dragon Ruler, and there aren't many targets to activate Dalky's effect these days (as someone who uses pure Fortune, it's very lonely...!). rice field.
No big storms or cyclones, just no deck space. All were side-fed.
《Delta Flyer》is for the time being in view that the level increase effect is compatible with her Fortune Lady.

Weakness

I personally think that Dragon Ruler is a reasonable limit, and it can't be helped.
As for her Fortune Lady in the future, I'm a little bit hopeful about her Special Summon gimmick for Watery on the Pendulum.
Also, if Archfiend Eater destroys Lighty, it would be helpful if Lighty's effect could be a ruling that doesn't miss the timing...
