Dagre cut Damurg and Goes and he could do Special Summon.
Dropping into GY should be Zepy or Damurg.
Eliminate GY's Tempest and use Damurg to search for the next Tempest or Debris.
Using the Tempest effect on the Orion cost, summoning Debris, using his Mecha Phantom Beast token, hanging G and D Kuro to set up Trish and 8 Synchro.
When Sansara goes on sale, I think it's okay to use Sansara for 5 synchros.
Even against the Special Summon blockage system, you can slip through it and set up a Dragosack, or you can knock it down with Limi, so you might not be too concerned about it.
