Nova can revive Cyber Dragon in her GY. However, as many people have experienced, the situation where GY has 《Cyber Dragon》doesn't happen very often in the early stages...
《Foolish Burial》is useful there!
As a limitation, you can activate Nova's effect at any time as long as you draw it.
And Nova's strength is that without removing Xyz materials, you can banish 《Cyber Dragon》on the field or in your hand to increase your RBI!! It is also possible to strengthen yourself by excluding , or to strengthen yourself and grant resistance to destruction by excluding 《Cyber Dragon Drei》.
③ Make full use of 《Cyber Network》!
This card is his Deck's key card. If you use it well, the place will be uncomfortable ww
The network is searchable from core ns.
Then you can set it, protect the core, and set Nova on the next turn with Dry etc.
It is a winning pattern if you can get to the network and Nova stand on the first hand.
Also, this time we have added a lot of support cards for using network effects.

I pinned it so it wouldn't rot. By sending a face-up Continuous Trap to GY, it draws 2!! Strong, too strong!!
Now you can actively send his GY over the network.
However, there is one drawback. You can't do the battle phase. So use it for deployment support.
Get back from the dry two-body exclusion zone and set up No.101 or Nova to prepare the field.
《Double Cyclone》
An excellent one that can also cut down the opponent's field. Normally he is a card that can't be included in the deck because it's an add loss, but it's useful in this deck. Thanks to being able to end cycle (and your own field) during the opponent's end phase, there is no hindrance to the battle.
《Heavy Storm》《Mystical Space Typhoon》
Explanation omitted. Just one word, you can't do the battle phase when you use the storm, so this is also to prepare the field.
As you can see, 《Cyber Network》can be destroyed at any time, so it's easier to fight than his previous Deck.
④《Power Bond》is also used!
《Power Bond》. evil card. When used for 《Cyber Twin Dragon》, a card that actually does 5600 damage while only taking 2800. By inserting 《One Day of Peace》, we are able to negate the disadvantages of bonds.

Weakness

ss meta such as Opion is a little troublesome. Let's negate with demoche etc.
《Dimensional Prison》that excludes Nova, Kaigen, Sorcerer, etc. are also painful.

Customize

One bond may be enough (accident ru).
"Cybernetic Fusion Support" will appear in the next GP, so if you put it in, you can use it as a power bond material even from GY, so it would be interesting to put it in (search by core is also possible).
Each number of extras is your preference.
I like the sides too.
If his deck opponent has a lot of backs, I think it's okay to put Trap Stun on the side.
