Strength

Most of the monster effects are activated from your hand, so it's generally hard to interfere, and 《Kuriphoton》can be chain activated, so it's very good.
《Frozen Soul》"skips the opponent's next battle phase", so if the opponent doesn't move to the battle phase, it won't be skipped, and hopefully this card alone will prevent it for 2 turns.
The rest is 《Card of Sacrifice》. Most of the monsters in this deck have 0 ATK on him, so he's just plain useful. After blocking an attack with 《Battle Fader》, you can play 《Zero Gardna》on the next turn and activate it during the draw phase or standby phase of your opponent's next turn, and you will definitely be able to draw 2 cards. However, if you do, just be aware that Battle Fader cannot be Special Summoned that turn. Well, I'll be fine with other cards.

Weakness

First of all, if you can't draw 《Final Countdown》, you can't do anything.
Also, it is very vulnerable to permissions and 《Royal Decree》.
In addition, it would be difficult if monster effects were negated by "No.16 Color Ruler Shock Ruler", so chain the effects of 《Zero Gardna》and 《Kuriphoton》to prevent it.
