The effect of ① is an ability that assists the activation of the effect of the World Legacy monster, but basically the World Legacy theme consumes a lot of resources and has a limited cost, making it difficult to use. The effect of ② is also powerful if determined, but it becomes dependent on the opponent.
The true value of this card is that it is still a Level 1 World Legacy monster. Among the many World Legacy cards with slightly peculiar performance, there are plenty of Special Summons and search methods, making it easy to use as a foothold for releasing high-powered Reeves.
In particular, he has good compatibility with Mekk-Knight, and has many roles such as creating a column with a suitable link 1 from this card and using it as a hand cost for Akeboshi. It's also great that it's compatible with 《Sangan》, and it can be said that compared to other World Legacy monsters, it's performance is hard to rot.

A link version of a mole that never forgives Link Monsters. The illustrations are cool. Probably calling it Noble Arms.
The addition of the Tribute Summon right does not make much sense for World Legacy to be frankly Special Summon. If you really want to summon, there is also Idea Eidos, so you probably won't bother using this card.
In the current environment, Link Monsters are rampant, and this card, which can kill Borrel Sword with Mascarena by itself, is quite powerful. It will be useful to have this in case of emergency. Luckily, it's level 1, so after using it, it becomes Linkuriboh and can be used for defense. It can't be said that the area of effect is wide, and it doesn't have the power to turn the tide on its own, but it's performance and stats aren't bad at all.

It only looks like a sword, but he insists it's a key.
The cost of (1) is the addition of the Tribute Summon right, and there is a designation for the discarded card, but any card can be put out.
However, as it has already been said, after discarding a specific card, you can put out a monster that Tribute Summons him from your hand.
The effect of (2) is Link Monster bounce through battle.
Even though it doesn't target a bounce, it's nothing more than a combat removal, and since it's only once per turn, there's no point in duplicating it, so there's little need to rely on it to remove links.
On the return turn, it's like getting hit by something other than Link and taking a lot of damage, so it's mostly disguised as a Link material or Link.
It's not like I'm doing anything that strong, but I get the impression that it's difficult to use because it's troublesome to activate.
However, since there are parts that shine with World Legacy and Dark Machine, it is evaluated a little higher.

Link killer level 1. Moreover, it has a lot of races, attributes, low ATK, and support, so you can copy it with duplication techniques, and it's easy to use, as it's good to release in Tribute Summon.

The 8th type of World Legacy, Star Key and Sword, Holy Key and Noble Arms... like a Keyblade?
Discarding World Legacy from the hand has the effect of gaining the right to add his Tribute Summon, and fighting Link Monsters has the effect of returning the opponent to the EX Deck.
Will the additional Tribute Summon rights be used to release this card and develop advanced World Legacy? Will the World Chalice, which is level 5 and has a passive but powerful recruiting effect, be a strong candidate? However, in order to make full use of the effect, this card itself, the hand cost, the card to Tribute Summon, and its release cost anyway.
His other Link Monster return effect is useless, a bounce that doesn't target and has high removal performance, but in addition to going through battle, he's powerless against anything other than Link Monsters. A monster with 0 ATK and DEF remains. After the effect is activated, it will be bad if you don't treat it as some kind of material.
If you're going to compose only World Legacy, it's the only low class, but it would be very crazy to do such a thing...

It was an unexpected appearance of a new World Legacy card. The fact that it is called "star key" instead of "star sword" makes you feel the story.
By cutting his World Legacy in his hand, it has the effect of increasing the summoning right limited to Tribute Summon. There are some World Legacy monsters that are Normal Summoned and have effects, so it can be used as a support for them, but there is no specific monster to be summoned, so versatility is high.
The second effect is an EX monster bounce that has battled. It's an effect that feels like Grand Mall, but on turn 1, it doesn't return to your hand, so after using the effect by attacking yourself, you want to quickly use it as a link material to avoid being stuck. .
